Privacy Policy
Effective date: 17 September 2026
ThaliaOS is a business operating system that helps authorised users organise work and use approved information from connected business services. This policy explains how ThaliaOS handles information when you use the service.
Information we collect
We collect account identity information needed to sign you in, workspace information you choose to provide, and data you explicitly authorise ThaliaOS to access from connected services. For Google accounts, this may include Gmail message metadata and content needed to organise inbox activity, identify tasks, prepare drafts and support workflows selected by the user.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide and secure ThaliaOS features, display connected account status, organise business information, generate requested analysis or drafts, and perform actions that the authorised user initiates or approves. Google user data is not used for advertising.
Google API data
ThaliaOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access is limited to the permissions shown on Google's consent screen. Users can choose the Google account and permissions they grant.
Storage and protection
Data is protected using access controls, encrypted connections and appropriate security safeguards. Credentials and tokens are not displayed in the dashboard. Information is retained only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or resolve security issues.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate ThaliaOS, when a user directs an integration or action, or when legally required.
Your choices
You may disconnect a connected account, revoke Google access through your Google Account security settings, and request access to or deletion of your ThaliaOS information.
